Each summer thousands of local and visiting youth participate in our popular youth sport camps. Throughout this summer we have planned 42 different camps and anticipate over 1,800 participants. Support from different businesses and organizations help the Department deliver successful camps.

In order to operate a successful camp, a minimum $150 per camp sponsorship amount is needed. Your assistance helps the Recreation and Parks Department with some of the cost associated with running the camp. Those costs include t-shirts, hats, instructor’s fees, equipment costs, etc. We are also in need of coupons, and any give-a-ways such as beach balls, t-shirts, towels, baseballs, basketballs, golf balls, soccer balls, lacrosse balls, footballs, free passes, etc. for ALL of our camps.

For each camp that a company/organization chooses to be involved with, your logo or name will be placed on that camp’s shirts, along with other sponsors. Sponsor names are also mentioned in Press Releases, our Splash activities brochure, and during the sponsored camp.
